Main Aim: To promote inclusion and diversity in adult education through playful learning. By using games, even complex and serious topics become more engaging and accessible. Games serve as creative tools to overcome educational barriers and enhance learning for adults, especially those with fewer opportunities.
Objectives
- To enhance collaboration between 12 adult education professionals from 3 different countries.
- To create 6 new games for adult learners and adult educators.
- To create a digital toolkit dedicated to storing and sharing innovative and creative games for adult learning while making this form of learning more accessible
- To reach at least 30 people from target groups that are not directly involved in project activities.
Activities
Kick-off Meeting in Portugal | January 2026
The project partners met in Figueira da Foz, Portugal on January 27, 2026, bringing together 6 participants, to review progress, define responsibilities, and plan the next phases of the project. During the meeting, partners presented the development status of project outputs, including educational games and the digital platform, and discussed timelines, quality standards, and risk management strategies. The session also focused on coordinating future activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective collaboration among all partner organisations.

Development of Game-Based Learning Platform and Educational Games | 2025–2026
Partners are developing a web-based learning platform integrating six educational games focused on social inclusion, environmental awareness, and personal and professional development. Each partner contributes by designing and testing their own games, ensuring accessibility, usability, and educational impact. The platform aims to support adult learners through interactive and engaging learning experiences.
Midterm Online Meetings | 2025–2026
Regular online meetings are organised throughout the project to monitor progress, coordinate activities, and ensure alignment between partners. These meetings support communication, problem-solving, and continuous evaluation of project development.
International Workshop in Sint Maarten | April 2026
An international educational workshop was organised in Sint Maarten from March 30 to April 3, 2026, bringing together 12 participants. During the workshop, partners presented and tested the developed educational games, shared best practices, and explored game-based learning methods in adult education. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, practical activities, and discussions, gaining hands-on experience in applying gamification in learning environments.

Testing and Local Implementation of Games | 2026
Each partner will organise local activities to test the developed games with target groups. These sessions will provide feedback, support validation of the tools, and ensure that the games effectively address learners’ needs.
Final Meeting and Multiplier Event in Lithuania | 2026
The project will conclude with a final meeting and multiplier event in Lithuania. Partners will evaluate project results, present the developed platform and games, and discuss dissemination activities and long-term impact. The multiplier event will involve participants from target groups and stakeholders.
