IVAIGO invites you to another Cultural Evening, bringing people together to explore different cultures and meet new people in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
This edition is dedicated to Turkey, with our volunteer Irem and her colleague introducing its culture through an interactive presentation, music, dances, and food. The evening offers an opportunity to discover Turkish traditions and connect with others through shared experiences.
Who can attend:
Everyone is welcome, whether you have a connection to Turkey or are simply curious to learn more about Turkish culture.
How the evening will look:
• We’ll begin by getting to know each other through introductions and a Turkish warm-up game;
• Irem and her colleague will guide us through an interactive presentation about Turkey, followed by a quiz to test what we’ve learned;
• We’ll explore Turkish dances and enjoy a live performance of Turkish songs by one of our guests;
• Turkish food will be presented and shared, giving everyone a chance to discover new flavours;
• The evening will finish with free time for conversations, food, and Turkish music in a welcoming atmosphere.
